DECLARATION OF EXPLICIT CONSENT UNDER THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Within the framework of the General Clarification Text within the Scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and the Company’s Regulation on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data, which is submitted to your information by JFORCE BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ A.Ş. (”Company”) in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (”GDPR Law”),
By the Company as the data controller of personal data or by the data processors authorized by the Company by taking the necessary security measures; providing the products and services offered by the Company to its customers under the best conditions, providing products or services in a reliable and uninterrupted manner, maximizing customer satisfaction, making payments, performing various transactions related to existing services, conducting and developing operations, identity information, address information, contact information and other personal data that are directly or indirectly related to the promotion, marketing, advertising and campaign activities of existing products and services or different products and services, informing customers about opportunities, campaigns and other services and fulfilling the requirements of the contracts concluded with customers; in accordance with the general principles stated in Article 4 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“GDPR Law”), in particular the principle of retention for the period stipulated in the legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed. I hereby accept and declare that my personal data may be processed in accordance with the general principles stated in Article 4 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“GDPR Law”), including the principle of retention for the period stipulated in the legislation or necessary for the purpose for which they are processed; may be obtained, recorded, stored securely in physical or electronic media for a period of time appropriate for the purpose of processing, stored, maintained, modified, reorganized, disclosed and transferred in accordance with the legislation, taken over, classified, processed or the use of data may be prevented; I hereby accept and declare that I have been informed by the Company regarding the above-mentioned issues and that I have explicit consent within the framework of the GDPR Law.
I hereby accept and declare that my personal data may be transferred by the Company to Company employees, officers, group companies (Company and/or its business partners, shareholders), legally authorized public institutions and organizations, independent audit companies, survey companies, business partners and service providers from whom the Company receives services or works together for the execution of the services and/or activities to be provided to me, within the framework of legal obligations and legal limitations in order to carry out its activities, and that I have my explicit consent in this regard.
However, in accordance with Article 11 of the GDPR Law and the relevant legislation pursuant to Article 11 of the PDP Law and the relevant legislation; by applying to the Company; to learn whether personal data is processed, to request information if my personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing my personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, to know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, to request the deletion or destruction of my personal data in case the reasons requiring the processing of this data disappear, I have the right to request that these correction and deletion requests be notified to third parties to whom personal data are transferred, to object to the emergence of a result to my detriment by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, to demand the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of my personal data, and to exercise these rights, including the necessary information identifying my identity and explanations regarding the right I request to www.jforce.com and I accept that I have the right to submit a signed copy of the form to the Company Directorate located at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Mah. Poligon Cd. Buyaka 2 Sitesi Kule:1 Kat:7 Ümraniye / İSTANBUL in person with documents identifying my identity or through a notary public or other methods specified in the GDPR Law.
In addition, I accept and declare that the personal data I have shared with the Company is accurate and up-to-date; I accept and declare that I will notify the Company of any changes in this information.
I hereby acknowledge that I have explicit consent to the processing of my personal data, including my sensitive personal data defined in the GDPR Law, to the use and sharing of my personal data limited to the purpose of processing within the scope of the relevant process, and to the storage of my personal data for the required period of time and that the necessary clarification has been provided to me in this regard; I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood this text, the Company’s Personal Data Protection and Processing Regulation and the Clarification Text.
