Through this Privacy Notice, prepared in our capacity as data controller, we aim to inform you about the processing of your personal data submitted via the form available on the https://jforce.com.tr/poc/ website for the purpose of providing you with information and solution offers.

Your personal data may be shared with authorized institutions and organizations in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law and relevant regulations concerning the transfer of personal data, in cases where these parties request information from the Company or when such notification is legally required, in order to fulfill the Company’s legal obligations.

Your personal data is collected automatically or semi-automatically through the electronic form you fill out on the https://jforce.com.tr/poc/ website, where you submit your requests for information and solution proposals.
5. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data
Article 11 of the Law regulates the rights of data subjects. Accordingly, individuals whose personal data are processed by the Company may exercise their legal rights under the Law by applying to the Company.
You can submit your written application to the Company’s address at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Mh. Poligon Cd. Buyaka 2 Sitesi Tower:1 Floor:7 Ümraniye, Istanbul, or you can exercise your rights using other methods specified in the “Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for the Request to the Data Controller.”
